What is Aflora Residence Club?

Aflora Residence Club offers equitable fractional ownership, registered in a deed, in your choice of two impeccable home designs, featuring one and three-bedroom apartments. The spacious Residences boast fully equipped gourmet kitchens, modern amenities, elevator access, fiber optic internet, and more. There are up to 8 owners per residence. Each owner enjoys frequent and flexible stays in their elegant home throughout the year. The staff of your Residence Club ensures worry-free ownership and hassle-free vacations.

Do Residence Club buyers own real estate?

Yes. Residence Club ownership is transferred through a beneficial interest in a “trust”. A trust, or bank trust, is defined for real estate purposes as a transaction between a Mexican bank and an individual or entity, with the bank acting as the trustee or legal owner of the property, and the investor acting as the legal beneficiary who retains the exclusive right of use and control of the property. Many of Mexico’s most expensive vacation homes have been owned by U.S. and Canadian residents this way for decades.

Can more than one family or individual share a single property?

Yes. Individuals can form legal entities to control a property. It will be up to the joint owners to allocate lodging for that property in accordance with the Club’s reservation policies.

What are the advantages of owning a Residence Club?

As a 1/8 owner, how can I vacation at my Residence Club?

As often as you wish, subject only to the Residence Club’s reservation policies. Owners have the flexibility to reserve Planned Vacations well in advance and visit on a space-available basis with little notice. Each year, owners can reserve 21 days of Planned Vacations before the Club Year begins. This leaves significant occupancy for space-available and short-notice vacations throughout the year. There is no usage limit. If some owners visit their Club residences less frequently, others may visit more.

As a Residence Club owner, can I exchange lodging privileges with owners of residence clubs in other parts of the world?
